Higher Performance, Better Range, and Robust Design for Demanding Riders
The completely redesigned Onewheel GT comes with entirely new concave footpads, grippier grip tape, and customizable tires. The more powerful 21700-cell battery provides an impressive range of up to 52 km on a single charge, making longer adventures possible. With a top speed of 32 km/h and a powerful 750 W Hypercore® hub motor, the GT ensures dynamic rides and fast acceleration. Additionally, it features a larger board, bigger footpads, and a larger wheel – making it ideal for taller riders or those seeking more stability.
Perfect Riding Fun in the Terrain
You can choose between slick tires or treaded tires. The treaded tires offer exceptional traction and stability on any surface, making them the ideal choice for off-road adventures. Slick tires are pure asphalt tires for dry riding conditions. Based on our experience, changing tires can be challenging for a layperson, but you can certainly have our workshop handle it. We recommend determining your primary terrain at the time of purchase to get the perfect tires for your setup.
Improved Comfort and Control, as well as Enhanced Visibility
The concave front and rear footpads of the Onewheel GT provide maximum comfort and excellent control. The grippy grip tape and the new control system allow for deeper carving and more precise maneuvering, making the riding experience even more intense and enjoyable. With 300% brighter LED lights and new headlights for better visibility, you can be sure that you will be well seen even in low light conditions. The GT comes standard with the Maghandle Pro made of rubberized aluminum, which makes carrying the board much easier.
Customize Your Setup with Digital Shaping 3.0
The Onewheel app allows you to customize the six standard riding modes (Bay, Roam, Flow, Highline, Elevated, Apex) according to terrain and preferred feel, using the seven shaping options: Stance Profile (board tilt angle), Braking Aggressiveness (board responsiveness when braking), Aggressiveness Profile (board responsiveness based on speed), Dynamic Responsiveness, Turn Compensation, Jump Re-engagement, Zone Engagement. Additionally, you can connect with friends and share your rides and presets for your custom shaping with others.

The Onewheel Brand
The idea for Onewheel came about when Canadian engineer Kyle Doerksen, inspired by his passion for snowboarding and skateboarding, sought a new way to experience the feeling of boarding on his daily commute. After moving to California, he began to turn this dream into reality. He experimented in his garage at night and on weekends until he invented the first prototype of the Onewheel with chain drive, the "Old Iron Slides," in 2008. Over the years, the design was refined, improving handling, maneuverability, and motor performance until the original Onewheel was completed in 2013. In 2014, a successful Kickstarter campaign provided the necessary capital for mass production of the first Onewheel model. The response was overwhelming, and the product quickly gained attention in the tech and boarder community. Future Motion is proud to build each Onewheel in San Jose, California. The integration of smart features, enhanced safety mechanisms, and sustainable materials remains a focus for future innovations.
