The super-flexible deck features optimized flex zones: wider sections remain stable, while the narrower midsection offers more flex for smoother, controlled carving. Parabolic wheel cutouts allow larger wheels without compromising stability. Multi-layered, multidirectional fiberglass combined with bamboo creates a deck that is extremely durable and elastic. Thanks to the new UV fiberglass printing process, the design is more vibrant and long-lasting. Thoughtful Details & Enhanced Comfort

The Flex now comes standard with shock-absorbing foam grip tape, which repels water, reduces vibrations, and significantly increases ride comfort. The new Exway 2nd Generation wheels have a softer 76A hardness for an even smoother ride. The 85mm size takes full advantage of the parabolic cutouts, increasing stability at higher speeds. The 90% ultra-high-rebound urethane provides the perfect balance of durability and grip.

Advanced App Control

The Exway App gives you full control: three preset modes for different skill levels, along with extensive options to adjust acceleration and braking to your preferences. The Turbo mode allows breathtaking top speeds of up to 45 km/h. Additional features include wheel size selection for more accurate speed and distance tracking, customizable standby time, cruise control, gear changes while riding, Free Mode, and much more.

Industry-Leading Remote

The new Exway remote lets you power the board on or off directly from the controller. Its extremely efficient hibernation mode consumes less than 3% of the battery, so your board is always ready when you are.

Reliable, Modular & Low Maintenance

With an IP55 rating, the Flex is one of the most water-resistant e-skateboards on the market. The modular design of the ESC, battery, and drive system makes maintenance and upgrades easier than ever – each component can be swapped individually. The smart battery monitors all cells with 24 safety sensors, features UL-certified protection circuits, uses high-quality Sony VTC6 cells, and measures charge levels with 1% accuracy. Long-term storage automatically triggers low-power mode. The replaceable battery design remains fully IP55 waterproof.

Exway Trist Trucks

The new Trist trucks are manufactured using a proprietary forging and CNC precision process, offering significantly higher strength than traditional die-cast trucks. T6-hardened hangers, reinforced baseplates, standard bushing compatibility, bowl-shaped bushing washers for high-speed stability, hand-cast PU pivot cups for reduced noise and improved shock absorption, and high-strength steel axles and kingpins. With 8" width, 45° baseplate angle, and 90A bushings, the Trist trucks deliver maximum carving performance.
